Every week I was doing the same thing to run my YouTube channel.

Check what competitors are posting. Find what's getting views. Research the topic. Write a script. Make a thumbnail. Schedule it.

Same steps. Same order. Every single week.

One day I wrote it all down. Not to teach it. Just to see what it actually looked like on paper.

It looked like a system.

And if it's a system, it can be software.

So I built it.

I took "check what competitors are posting" — something that used to take me 2 hours every Monday clicking through 10 channels — and turned it into a tool that does it in 30 seconds. Shows me what's trending, what's getting clicks, what gaps I can fill. Before I've had my coffee.

I did the same with scripting. I used to write every script from scratch. Now the system has my voice dialled in. I give it a topic, it gives me a first draft that actually sounds like me. Not AI slop. Me.

That became YouTuber Systems. A real SaaS. Real users. Real revenue.

I was terrified of the tool I used to build it.

Claude Code.

I'm a cloud engineer. I've been in tech for years. And I was still putting it off because it felt too hard.

It wasn't. It just needed me to actually sit down and commit to it.

2 months later: ~45K subscribers. $3-4K/month. $10K+ in signed deals. A live product.

Think about what YOU do every week. The repeatable thing. The process you follow without even thinking about it.

That's a system. And that system can be software.

You're closer to having a product than you think. You just haven't written it down yet.

I'm teaching all of this inside Luke's AI Skool. $19/month. Here's what you get:

Full access to YouTuber Systems — the actual SaaS.
Every lesson from me building it from zero.
Claude Code taught in real time as I learn more myself.
Me in there personally when you get stuck.

No polished course from someone pretending to have it all figured out. Just a guy who was scared of the tools 2 months ago showing you exactly how he built a product with them.

Luke
